On March 22, 2017, Discord user <W1CK.R> discovered a (https://theconsole.tumblr.com/ tumblr page) called "TheConsole." It contains many different entries about strange materials, and SCP-like entities.

Encrypted file found and reformatted.
Cipher in place.

This was found to be encoded with Vigenere, with a password of "radiance," revealing (http://pastebin.com/5E14giLV a pastebin link). The contents of this were found to also be encoded with Vigenere with the same key:

Project Radiance: Previous studies of AETHER have shown that it is capable of manipulating matter. Hypothetically, it could be used to create a “door” to a different point in space.

Notes: During testing, an unforeseen error came into play, resulting in an explosion killing 8 members of staff. One survivor has experienced psychological trauma from witnessing the aftermath, refusing to co-operate in present and upcoming projects in fear of an identical outcome. As such, his position has been suspended and treatment is pending. Until he can co-operate with Lumitech again, his future with the company is hanging by a thread.
 
Until I. Wells is retrieved from [N/A] or a successful, non-lethal doorway is created, the project will be permanently shut sown.
 
Additional notes: Since the experiment, H Wells has reported seeing an “angel”. Psychological evaluation is recommended.

VISUAL FEED

A (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC_kasuQokBmsAkLT4iz613Q Youtube channel) was also found, which contains a single (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F-g4r5MN9Gc video), titled "Visual Feed 1." There appears to be nothing but a black screen, and static in the background. In addition, when closed captions are turned on, more information is revealed:
